Training
Chenocetah offers both individual (or family) training, as well as business/corporate training. Any of the following options are available for either type of training. Family training can be especially useful for multiple-user households, where a new computer or new service has recently been obtained. Basic Application/Computer training. We offer onsite training so that you can learn on your own computer, which helps speed up the learning process. It allow the user to become comfortable with their system and specific settings. If you have recently upgraded software or operating system, Chenocetah Consulting can show you how to use Windows, basic applications (such as email and word processing), and the World Wide Web, as well as Windows 98/NT/XP. Learn how to get the most out of your system -- and see exactly how applications, email and the Internet work, including the basics of computer operation, creating/saving files, installing new software etc. Advanced training. This option can be useful to help you are a more advanced user and would like to hone your skills and learn advanced techniques and shortcuts. Trouble-shooting. Are there computer or connectivity problems that seem to routinely or frequently occur? If you have experienced this, we can offer training so that youcan do the basic trouble-shooting tasks that are requested when you call technical support. There are some problems that may seem significant, but with a little training and walk-through you can learn to fix yourself! And even if the problem is not readily fixable, you will already have the basics completed if tech support is needed and can work with support to more quickly narrow down and resolve the issue.
