In addition to our trouble-shooting and repair services, we also offer several different types of training. By training your staff now, you can help alleviate or mitigate future delays.

Basic Application/Computer training. We offer onsite training so that you and your staff can learn on your own computers, which helps speed up the learning process and allows the user to become comfortable with their system. If you have new staff members, or have upgrade software or your operating system, Chenocetah Consulting can show your staff how to use Windows, basic applications (such as email and word processing), as well as Windows 98/NT/XP. Learn how to get the most out of your system -- and see exactly how applications, email and the Internet work, as well as the basics of computer operation, creating/saving files, installing new software etc.

Advanced training. This option can be useful to help your more advanced staff members hone their skills and learn advanced techniques and shortcuts that can help increase their productivity. The can also learn to create interesting Pointpoint presentations and learn to to effectively use databases and online applications.

Trouble-shooting. Are there computer or connectivity problems that seem to routinely or frequently occur? If you have experienced this, we can offer training to one (or more) of your staff members so that they can do the basic trouble-shooting tasks that are requested when you call technical support. There are some problems that may seem significant, but with a little training and walk-through your staff can learn to fix themselves! This will save valuable down time. And even if the problem is not readily fixable by your staff, they will already have the basics completed if tech support is needed and can work with support to more quickly narrow down and resolve the issue.
